Off the back of a palm-tree, sunshine-infused SS23 collection, which creative director Francesco Ragazzi titled Welcome To Miami, Milanese skate-luxe brand Palm Angels is teaming up with heritage outerwear purveyors Barbour for a new collaboration. Yes, you read that right… the brand known for its Glastonbury-approved, mud-faring capabilities, favoured by Brits like Lily Allen, Kate Moss, Alexa Chung and the Queen is getting an LA-inspired make-over and we’re here for it!
The alliance fuses the sunny laid-back Cali style of Palm Angels with the timeless British country chic of Barbour. The result? A series of reimagined signature Bedale wax jackets, the first jacket designed by Dame Margaret Barbour for equestrian devotees in the 1980s, rendered in hot pink, sunshine yellow and zesty orange, just in time for spring!
With signature corduroy collars and popper fastening, these reimagined classics take inspiration from the high visibility vests and coats often worn in North America when undertaking country pursuits, giving the British staple a vibrant new profile from across the pond. Screen-printed with the Palm Angels logo and lined with special edition tartan, these jackets will equip you for April showers in style – the collab none of you knew we absolutely needed!

The collection will also be available in Barbour’s London stores on Carnaby Street and Covent Garden, and through selected stockists including Flannels and Selfridges, London.
