When Hotflush released Joy Orbison's 'Hyph Mngo' it blew the sonic possibility of dubstep wide open, and in rushed a hoard of laptop wizard's armed with ideas, about nostalgia, time and space, silence and sub-bass. New Hotflush signings Shelter Point are keeping that flame alive with Braille, a delicate and precocious ode, almost an homage to the idea post-dubstep itself.

There's something about Inc.'s 'The Place' that just lends itself to hyperbolic use of adjectives. It is at once all of these; langourous, sensuous, delicate, refined, beautiful, aching, loving, and generally induces a feeling of woozy superlative verbosity that makes me long for an LA loft apartment decked out with white leather and full of supermodels.

Music fragmented in the age of the computer, kids consuming everything they can get their hands on and pushing it into the weirdest, glitching, psychedelic space imaginable.
