    Replay Laserblast

    It is beyond common knowledge that lasers are the future. With one powerful piece of technology we are busy removing our hairs, scars, disastrous tattoos and fixing our eyesight. And now Italian denim and casual wear brand Replay, are using laser blasting and an O3 water-friendly wash on the wear zones of the raw denim jeans to create a truly unique and genuine look. This is a low impact and green-orientated technology that is energy saving by having an 85% reduction in water consumption.  The jeans are available in three men's 5-pocket models, regular fit, regular-slim and slim models and two women's skinny and bootcut.

     

    To launch this amazing new collection and to celebrate the introduction of Replay in store, an installation has been set up in the denim section of Selfridges in Oxford Street. So go and check it out!

    CREEP ON MOVING: Bape bears its sole with George Cox

    Long before the current rockabilly revival and the acres of fat-soled fabulousness now out there for the quiff-wearing modern man, A Bathing Ape founder (and last issue's O:Man cover star) Nigo loved brothel-creepers. Indeed, they're his favourite style of shoe. Little wonder, then, that the Japanese label went for every old rocker's favourite British shoemaker, George Cox, to create these lovely suede shoes in a range of shades, including just about the most dazzling blue suede shoes we can remember.     Fancy Pants: Wolsey opens new store

    Wolsey, a venerable English underwear brand with a 250-year history of dressing explorers, army majors and other old-school heroes, has recently been rediscovered, reborn and expanded into a full menswear offering. Today sees the brand opens a new store on London's Brewer Street, which will be split into two halves. The "Mainline" collection is more rooted in heritage pieces and techniques, while 1755 is a tailored and contemporary premium collection. All of the fixtures in the store will be based on the original features of Wolsey's historic Leicester factory.
