A little edgy inspiration for the boys on a Monday morning. Simon from men's fashion week in Paris pulls off an all black layered skirt creation accessorised by his very own jewellery.

It takes a brave man to attempt this look but Simon, a model blogger and designer, appears apt at balancing masculine and female elements. His feather and skirt are toughened by those stacked boot creepers and sharp haircut.

Because: What are you doing at the moment?

Simon: At the moment I am designing my own Jewellery brand: SIMONN, also working as a full time model, keeping a blog (simonnygard.blogspot.com) and assisting the Stylist René Gloor.

What is your biggest inspiration?

The environment, it's shapes and natural forms, I don't like to copy the work of anyone else.

If you could change a law what would it be?

School Uniform - girls always having to wear skirts and boys trousers.

What is your greatest fear?

My greatest fear is so far unknown... I hope I wont get one.

Whats your worst habit?

My worst habit is overconsuming dried fruits & nuts. Ahaha.

Where is your favourite place to go?

My favourite places in the world so far is Paris & Tokyo. I have never been to NY so I am really looking forward to the day I get an agency there so that I can go there.

Got to admire a man who can pull off (though perhaps not literally as those look like they'd take some work) the skinniest jeans ever. Ramon's spray on pair are all the more appealing for their tribal patchwork seam and stopping short at the ankle, leaving a flash of skin before his clunky moss green boots.

And this chap knows how to pick a colour palette and work his accessories. The relaxed pink t-shirt picks out the detail in his denim. The one dangling cross earring is framed by his messy quiff.
