As The Royal Horticultural Society Chelsea Flower Show returns next week to showcase the best in garden design, we’re getting ourselves knee deep into the spirit of spring. Feeling inspired by the world’s most prestigious flower show, we decided to put on a show of our own and present to you some of our favourite floral jewellery pieces. From rings, to necklaces to earrings, we went flower picking in a meadow full of treasures to find the best nature-inspired jewellery that embodies the beauty of blossom.
The flower takes center stage for this Marni gold-tone brass necklace. Made with resin and crystal embellished leather petals, this wonderful piece of jewellery steals the show with its simple yet striking design. The white sculpted flowers draw attention to the neckline while the crystals glimmer and will add brightness to even the dullest of days. A necklace with statement pendant is a winner in our books.
A capsule collection to celebrate cult classic Beauty and the Beast, Christopher Kane has turned the romantic aesthetic of the film into a pair of teapot and teacup drop earrings. Made from enamel and fitted with hook fastening, they feature the film’s iconic enchanted red rose which has been delicately painted onto the earrings. If you’ve ever dreamt of being a beautiful Disney heroine, here is your chance.
Made using multi-coloured leather, this unique Prada bracelet is loud and proud. It dons crafty flower-shaped appliqués attached to a thick black wrist band and a Prada engraved gold push clasp fastening. It’s like wearing a bouquet around your wrist! Suitable for both edgy and feminine outfits, it’s a necessary addition to your spring jewellery box.
We love daisies, especially when they're on a 14kt yellow-gold ring. Capturing true bohemian vibes, this Jacquie Aiche ring features a blue-agate centerpiece surrounded by white-diamond pavé. The sea blue green against the bright gold is the perfect colour combination. Not to mention, the delicate daisy carved into the middle is the perfect final touch.
A conceptual take on floral patterns, this elegant and ethereal necklace by Simone Rocha looks like a piece of art, and considering it is made using clusters of translucent glass and perspex floral beads, it actually could be. Luckily for you, it’s completely wearable. This whiter than white necklace rests perfectly on the collar bones and shouts femininity from across the room.
