    MY LITTLE VERSUS DRESS

Chloe Loves this… Because this Versus mini dress is the perfect little party piece for this season's social gatherings. Made from a luxury blend of silk and satin the glossy fabric reflects the light and is super smooth to the touch. The easy option for any event, its rich turquoise tone is almost jewel like and adds a certain heir of glamour to such a playful piece. An intricately draped section of pleated chiffon sculpts the female figure and enhances the floaty skater skirt. Described as a "cupcake" dress by Christopher Kane himself the bouncy silhouette mirrors the flirty nature of the collection. Made especially to billow seductively as you walk the dress makes a statement and is sure to capture an audience.

Gianni Versace launched Versus in 1989 and introduced it as a distinctively more rock'n roll version of Versace. As the original creative director Donatella Versace spearheaded the label and concentrated on creating innovative and somewhat unconventional ready to wear pieces for a younger clientele. From 1990 onwards she produced exciting collections however after branching out into accessories and perfume she chose to re-launch the company in 2009 and take a fresh perspective on things. Looking for a bright young new designer to carry her edgy brand into the future she appointed Christopher Kane and has collaborated with him ever since. The pair create daring collections that despite being ready to wear offer people the chance to step into something relatively avant-garde.

    ADDICTED TO LBD

Chloe Loves this… Because this Marios Schwab dress is the ultimate example of a perfect LBD. Desperately easy to wear, this sleek black dress is ideal for the cooler months as it's long sheer black sleeves, keep in the warmth while remaining chic. The zip detailing at the front insures the piece is particularly figure fitting while the patent leather panels attached to each arm provides just the right amount of detailing to an otherwise simple silhouette. It's low square neck and short length further transforms the demure garment into a failsafe key wardrobe piece that can always be relied on for a sharp evening look.

The little black dress or iconic LBD as it is known is thought to have stemmed from the early designs of Coco Chanel in the 1920's. Her simple black dresses were always effortlessly wearable and were able to transcend season due to their timeless cut and impeccable use of quality materials.

After studying at the Esmod Fashion school in Berlin and receiving a distinction Marios Schwab moved to England in 2003 to pursue his fashion career and obtain his masters degree at Central St Martins. Shortly after his graduation in 2005 he launched his first collection with Fashion East showing following alongside the career path of numerous young successful designers such as Meadham Kirchoff and Lucy Hutchings. After two short years Schwab was ready to stand-alone and was given the chance produce his own on schedule collection at London Fashion Week. Since then his collections have been extremely well received by the fashion community, winning awards such as Best New Designer at The British Fashion Awards and the Swiss Textile Award.

    D & G SWEATER

Chloe Loves this… Because this D&G Ocelot Crew Neck Sweater is enough to bring out the inner tigress in us all. Inspired by the Latin American Wildcat the print resembles the delicate natural patterns of the creature's coat. Made from 100% Virgin Wool the jumper is wonderfully soft and is sure to keep you warm. Team it with straight black trousers in the day or a tight black mini for full impact in the evening.

D&G, the second line for Dolce&Gabanna was set up in March 1994 by the Italian design partnership Domenico Dolce & Stefano Gabbana. Interested in designing a more youthful, casual collection the team decided to create a completely separate label that would cater to a different sort of clientele. Still enamored with enhancing the curvaceous female form, the simple separates are cut beautifully and are able to shape the body. The brand is also very well known for its well-made accessories that range from gold plated watches to luxury bags and purses. Since its launch the brand has gone from strength to strength and just this year they have opened a new flagship store on Bond Street. Remaining relevant and casting Alexandra Burke as the face of their campaigns D&G stands firm at the forefront of cutting edge fashion.
