ICONS: Tina Chow

  • ICONS Tutorial: Tina Chow

Tina: socialite, muse and ICON. Her look is both androgynous and sexy, with her trademark boy cut and red lip. Transport yourself to a 1970s dance floor with powder and silk.

Tina used powder and no blush to get this alabaster finish to her skin. A luminiscent primer beneath your foundation and a little frosted highlighter on top - before powder - will achieve the icy glow she wore. With her shape of eye, don't try to shape and contour the socket, but rather blend across the lid and beneath the lower lashline.
