    FABERGE VAGABONDE BLEUE RING

Sonia love this… because Yves Klein blue on canvas is beautiful, translated into a jewel encrusted ring, it is out of this world. An amalgamation of the worlds most desirable jewels including 618 untreated white diamonds, 6 blue sapphires, and a centre sapphire stone boasting a massive 12.46ct all set into 18 karat white gold frame, this breathtaking piece is the epitome of luxury and beauty. Reminiscent of the scales of exotic snakes, the rings organic form is unusual for the fine jewellery market that usually plays safe with more geometric forms, such a bold uniqueness only adds to it's desirability and makes this Fabergé piece something to last a lifetime and beyond.

The legacy of legendary artist-jeweller Peter Carl Fabergé, who as goldsmith to the Russian Imperial Court created timeless masterpieces using exquisite jewels and a breath taking craftsmanship. Conjuring up images of the Belle Epoque his luxurious accessories capture the opulence of the Romanov dynasty and its lavish court, his classic pieces are constantly re-explored and adapted for a new generation, whilst maintaining its historical integrity, the technical perfection and refinement Fabergé became known for in his own lifetime.

    DIANE VON FURSTENBERG BAG

Georgie Love this… Because this Diane von Furstenberg multicoloured bag channels autumnal tones of dark green, turquoise and oil slick grey and black. This Stephanie medium sized leather bag's intricately hand woven exterior and metallic undertones add to its grandure while its accessible shoulder straps transform it into a bag that can be worn during the day.

DVF has come a long way since the premier of her iconic wrap dress in 1972. The eponymous designers' most renowned creation has set her in good stead; since her re-emergence into the fashion world in 1997 she has continued to produce upbeat, colourful collections, allowing her reputation to extend well past the classic wrap dress. Now well emersed into the world of accessories, Diane von Furstenberg continues to produce eye catching pieces that add an effortless edge to any outfit.

    MAISON MARTIN MARGIELA JEWELLERY

Sonia Loves this… Because this gold-tone brass Maison Martin Margiela jewellery set has the power to add an unusual metallic allure to any ensemble. Elegantly crinkled, they can be worn separately for a subtle glint of gold or together for full impact. A refreshing take on a long necklace, the pendant gives us the whimsical illusion of a tiny chocolate bar that has been dipped in molten gold. All the while the cuff conjures up images of intricately molded armory that has been hand crafted for an Amazonian warrior.

Born in Belgium, Martin Margiela started his own label in 1989 after a short successful career working as a freelance designer for couture fashion houses such as Jean Paul Gaultier. Famous for his avant-garde approach to fashion, Margiela has notably been most interested in the deconstruction of traditional tailoring. He is also known for a somewhat 'unfinished' signature look that consists of visible seams and frayed hems. An honorary member of the Antwerp Six, he attended Antwerp's Royal Academy of Fine Arts and was actively part of the revolutionary fashion movement that began to reject that mundane aspects of the luxury fashion industry in the late eighties. Now owned by the Diesel Brand, Martin Margiela is no longer creative director of the company. Never the less the ultramodern design aesthetic that is present in the recent collections, are respectfully derivative of his legacy.
